No matter how much money you make, if you don't have people in your corner to share the richness with, what good is it? Think about it for one second. You’re rich, you made it, you reached a point in your life where money is not a problem. You buy yourself a mansion along with your dream cars and jewelry. After a little while, once you are done buying all those materialistic things you will ask yourself what do I truly have?

Share the wealth. Success is a team game. There's no point of you making it big and leaving the people who you love spending time with behind. Use your success to give the people around you the opportunities to be successful for themselves. Don’t just obtain financial goals for yourself, think big and conquer big things so your team can enjoy success with you. Why would you want to be a millionaire amongst your family members who are barely scraping by? Dream Big, pray bigger, be bold and think beyond yourself. Stay close to the people who were there when others could have been. Your job is not for only you to “make it,” it's to have everyone around you at your level as well.

Don't ever think just for yourself. Don't have a selfish attitude when it comes to success. Dream of enough money where you are taken care of, as well as your entire family. Don't be small minded in your way of thinking and dreams. Think massive. Think to the point where you can put all your loved ones on payroll. Share that wealth don't be selfish, greedy or egotistic. Many people just think “I’m going to make it big, have lots of money and never look back at the people I spent my life with.” That's the wrong type of mentality. Jay Z said it the best when he rapped "over here we measure success by how many people successful next to you, here we say you broke if everybody is broke except for you."
