Four Pillars Podcast

On the Four Pillars podcast the topics that will be discussed are: health, wealth, love and happiness, because In order to live a truly meaningful and happy life we need to encompass all four pillars into our life. We need to be healthy by understanding that health is our body, mind and soul. We need to obtain true wealth, which to me is more than just money because anyone can make money but it takes a truly special person to live out their god given purpose. We need to love ourselves and project that love in all of our relationships. We need to cultivate inner happiness by understanding that happiness begins in our mind and not in external factors.

My goal with this blog is to replicate what I do on my Four Pilars podcast in a literature form so that I can help people become the absolute best versions of themselves possible. Whether that is me sharing my insights of how I take care of my physical and mental health, telling my story of how I found my purpose, what my partner and I do to improve our relationship so that we are always living with happiness, peace and joy or how I learned to cultivate inner happiness through faith, mindfulness and meditation. Given that, I also want to share more of my life here on this blog. Where I can talk about traveling, my childhood, my family and my experiences growing up as an East Indian.
